Step of the Kasai laboratory/company

Our step

1957	March	Late Masao Kasai establishes Suzuki Seisakusho in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya-shi and begins the assembling production of automotive electric equipment parts.
1959	January	I change it to the corporation from the private enterprise and become Suzuki Seisakusho.
1963	May	I install a new factory in the present location and move from Nagoya-shi.
1966	December	I build the assembly plant in the adjoining land to plan the expansion of duties.
1967	November	I found press working and a cutting section, and the in-house production of parts begins becoming it and plans expansion of the ordering.
1969	April	I change a corporation organization and assume a company Kasai mill.
1970	June	I found an electric wire processing section and begin production of the wire harness.
1972	April	I found kokikojo and begin a design, the production of chikogu, a die, the labor saving machine.
1976	November	I receive commendation as a rationalization excellence factory from Aichi.
1977	March	I build the factory specialized in electric wire processing in Tarui-cho, Fuwa-gun, Gifu and, with the introduction of the new star plane, plan production expansion of the wire harness.
1981	July	I install a plastic molded factory for the industry in the Ichinomiya-shi, Aichi Danyang town and begin the production of automotive switch parts.
1983	September	I get PM excellence business ground prize from association of Japan plant maintenance in '83.
1984	January	I build the Ko Minami ground as a factory specialized in assembling in the adjoining land to plan the expansion of the production model and begin production.
1986	June	I build the assembly plant in a Tarui-cho, Fuwa-gun, Gifu Eicho place and begin production to plan the reinforcement of the assembling scale.
1989	June	Production factories are built more by Tarui factory to plan the reinforcement of the wire ring harness and switch assembling product supply.
1990	July	I build the new factory in Tanyochodosaki, Ichinomiya-shi, Aichi and become our parts production base commencing with production with an existing molding factory to plan the production expansion of press working parts.
1991	June	I build a new molding factory and the assembly plant in existing Ichinomiya factory to cope with the production of switch of the new field and switches increase for foreign countries.
1993	November	I establish Nagano factory in Komagane-shi, Nagano, and, commencing with the production sale of the automatic assembling machine labor saving apparatus, a base of the automation apparatus production measures becoming it.
1996	August	I build this company building (4F) headquarters factory (3F) and plan expansion of the business.
1997	May	I let seigibu become independent from the Engineering Department to plan the reinforcement of the production preparations section.
2000	December	It is the certification acquisition ISO9002-1994.
2001	November	I establish Hirashima factory as the reinforcement correspondence of molding parts.
2002	October	I establish Kasugai factory as the reinforcement correspondence of molding parts.
2003	January	I establish joint venture JKC in Toronto of Canada.
		February	I establish a Technical Development Department as a new organization.
		July	It is the certification acquisition ISO9001-2000.
2004	September	I change Plant name in Canada to Kasai Canada Inc.
2005	March	I move, and Nagano factory is built by the order favorable condition of the labor saving apparatus
2006	November	I let labor saving apparatus Division (Nagano factory) become independent and start as new company "Kasai techno".
2007	July	Chiaki factory is founded for securing of ability by production amount increase
2008	November	The ISO14001 (the environmental management system) certification acquisition
2009	April	I carry out an organization review, large slimming for capacity for organization improvement
2010	January September	For the concentration of financial resources, I plan the unification of an organization, the base. The unification of an organization, the base is completed and renovates the management system.
2011	August	For the purpose of the improvement of the procurement function, I establish a procurement department.
		October	For the purpose of reinforcement of TPS, I establish an improvement room.
		December	ISO14001 (the environmental management system) certification reaccession.
2013	June	For the purpose of overseas base establishment, I establish a new section.
2014	March	I establish local corporation "Kasai Advanced MFG. Philippines Inc." in the Philippines.
2015	February	The KAMP(Kasai Advanced MFG. Philippines Inc.) factory completion.
2015		April	It is extension and/or alteration for the head office north factory, correspondence of the production increase.
2016	March	KAMP(Kasai Advanced MFG. Philippines Inc.) factory operation.
2017	March	It is the certification acquisition KAMP(Kasai Advanced MFG. Philippines Inc.) ISO9001-2015
