In Kasai, I promote soldering not to use lead for. The one which is indispensable to the joining of electronic parts is with a solder. I use a different alloy as a substitute for lead without using lead in the soldering. This approach spreads among the offices as "I become the lead-free" widely.
Chemical substance management
In Kasai, I grasp the use actual situation of the chemical substance in the production process while influence on environment by the disposal, the discharge of the chemical substance is concerned about and act for the discharge reduction of the environmental load material.
We recognize the correspondence to an environmental problem with one of the prime problems based on performing operation about production of the switch for the car and act in promoting the operation that considered harmony with the environment.
